A technology services company built in Lagos, for the way businesses actually operate.
Innovakkum was founded in 2017 by a small group of engineers who had spent years inside larger firms watching technology projects get scoped well and delivered badly — handed off halfway, supported by whoever was free that week, documented nowhere.
We started with infrastructure work for a handful of businesses in Lagos and grew from there, adding software development and cloud services as clients asked us to take on more of their technology operations rather than bringing in a new vendor for each piece.
Today we're a team of fourteen — engineers, consultants, and support staff — working with businesses across Nigeria, still small enough that the people who scope your project are the same people who deliver it.
Nothing starts without an agreed scope and cost in writing, so there's no ambiguity later.
The engineers who scope a project are involved through delivery, not handed off after the proposal.
Every system we build or touch is documented, so you're never dependent on one person's memory.
If something isn't worth doing, or isn't something we're the right fit for, we'll say so directly.
